TaylorMade x Ghostbusters: teaming up to bring the Ghostbusters to the golf course

The fun new collection of Ghostbusters golf gear has arrived.
The golf brand unveils a themed edition inspired by the Ghostbusters, featuring a Spider Tour X putter, three MG5 wedges, TP5 and TP5x golf balls, plus clothing and accessories that bring some of the most recognisable characters and symbols from the film franchise to the golf course.
October 16, 2026 – The Ghostbusters universe comes to golf with TaylorMade. The brand has unveiled a special collection that combines its golf products with visual references to the popular film franchise, in a launch timed to coincide with Halloween, which falls on 31 October.
The collaboration, named TaylorMade x Ghostbusters, brings together golf equipment and accessories decorated with elements characteristic of the franchise, for sale online. These include Slimer, Stay Puft, the Ghost Trap and the iconic firehouse that serves as the protagonists’ headquarters.
The collection centres on four main products: the Slimer Spider Tour X putter, the Ghost Trap MG5 wedge set, the Ghost Trap TP5 and Fire House TP5x golf balls, and a Stay Puft-inspired mallet putter headcover. The range is completed by golf clothing and accessories.
Slimer Spider Tour X L-Neck Putter

The well-known green ghost Slimer takes centre stage in a special version of the Spider Tour X L-Neck putter. The model features a green PVD finish, a laser-etched sole plate and a shaft with a luminous effect that evokes the proton streams used by the Ghostbusters.
The customisation focuses primarily on the finishes and graphic details, built around one of TaylorMade’s most recognisable putter models. The result combines the character’s distinctive look with the design of the Spider Tour X family.
Ghost Trap MG5 Wedge Set

The collection includes a set of three MG5 wedges, with lofts of 52°, 56° and 60°, featuring references to several of the villains from Ghostbusters.
The clubs incorporate laser-etched engravings and customised paint details. The edition retains the playing characteristics of the MG5 wedges as its starting point, with particular emphasis on spin and control around the greens, while the decoration provides the collaboration’s distinctive theme.
Ghost Trap TP5 and Fire House TP5x Golf Balls

The TP5 and TP5x golf balls also receive their own dedicated designs. The Ghost Trap TP5 takes its inspiration from the trap used to capture ghosts, while the Fire House TP5x is inspired by the firehouse that serves as the team’s headquarters.
The customisation extends to the packaging and inner sleeves, which feature individual designs for each model. In this way, TaylorMade brings the visual identity of the films to both the golf balls and their presentation.
Both versions are based on the brand’s familiar TP5 and TP5x models, retaining their established identities within this special edition.
Stay Puft Mallet Putter Headcover

One of the collection’s most eye-catching accessories is the mallet putter headcover dedicated to Stay Puft, the giant Marshmallow Man featured in the films.
The piece depicts the character in detailed embroidery, showing him stomping through a cityscape beneath a golden moon. Its design adds a touch of humour to the collection, turning one of the most recognisable Ghostbusters characters into the star of an accessory designed to protect the putter.
Clothing and accessories inspired by the Ghostbusters

The collection is completed by a range of clothing and accessories, including the No Ghosts Hoodie, polo shirts, T-shirts, caps, gloves, ball markers and tees.
The products incorporate graphic references to the franchise’s symbols and characters, extending the collaboration beyond clubs and golf balls. The collection therefore appeals both to golfers interested in special editions of this kind and to Ghostbusters fans looking to bring elements of the franchise into their golf gear.
A collaboration ahead of Halloween

The TaylorMade x Ghostbusters launch takes place in the second half of October, just ahead of Halloween, a date closely associated with the ghosts and supernatural creatures featured in the franchise.
The collection combines products from TaylorMade’s established range with bespoke designs inspired by the films, following a formula that connects sporting equipment with popular culture. It is a collaboration in which visual appeal and collectability share the spotlight with golf equipment.
And with ghosts ready to invade the golf course, there is only one question left to ask, echoing the franchise’s most famous line: Who you gonna call?
