The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed later in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the transaction, <strong>adidas<\/strong> will record a non-operational negative P&amp;L impact in the high-double-digit to low-triple-digit million euro range, which will be reported in discontinued operations as part of the company\u2019s 2017 results.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2017\/05\/TaylorMade-Headquarters.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64677\" src=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2017\/05\/TaylorMade-Headquarters.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2017\/05\/TaylorMade-Headquarters.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2017\/05\/TaylorMade-Headquarters-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cTaylorMade is a leading global golf brand with an exceptionally strong market position. In addition, the strategic divestiture of the three golf brands has also already been reflected in the company\u2019s updated long-term outlook.
